MONTHLY BOOSTER MEETINGS:
-These meetings are open to everyone, all are welcomed and encouraged to participate!
-During offseason, they are held at 7pm at the Upper Leacock Fire Hall (rear)
-During the season, they are held at 8:15pm at the Upper Leacock Fire Hall (rear)
-You can find out when they are scheduled by check our website or facebook page
-We really need more people to get involved and hope to see you there sometime!
SUB SALE UPDATE:
-Forms are due by October 4th, 2016, no later than 8pm! Shannon will be at the home games on Sunday 10/2 from 12:30pm-until start of C game, if you can, please get the forms to her then!
-Delivery of subs will be on 10/19 from 4pm-6pm at Upper Leacock Fire Hall (rear), 50 W. Main Street, Leola
-Additional forms available on the “forms” tab
**The B & C Teams will be recognized and announced at the High School Football Game on October 7th, game time is 7pm**
WEATHER HOT LINE:
-This is only a message number, where we will provide you updates about practice or games due to weather…you can’t actually reach a live person
-The line is ONLY updated on an as needed basis. If there is no information regarding the date you are calling about, that means that practice and/or games are still on as scheduled and your player is expected to be there!
-This and email is the best way to find out what is going on in our organization
PARKING AT CVHS: Parents are not permitted to park in the back lot (closest to the fields) unless they are able to produce a handicapped placard/license plate, or they are a coach carrying equipment.
General Rules at the HS: There is no smoking on school grounds and we ask that you dispose of your trash in the trash cans. Please also keep non football players off the field and equipment at all times to prevent accidents and injuries from happening. Pets are not allowed on school property at all.
-This years banquet will be held on November 16th, 2016 at The Eden Resort.
-Doors will open at 6pm, food served at 6:30pm.
-Watch out for emails during the season to join the committee, volunteer, and additional details
-Please take lots of pictures!
-We will need parents to send us pictures to use in this years year book
-It is preferred that pictures are on a CD, but if needed, they can be emailed as well!
